Wholemeal Veggie Wrap

Ingredients

Wholemeal wrap

Filler of choice i.e. falafel, roasted chickpeas, bean mixture, hash brown, veggie patties, roasted mushrooms etc. ⭑

Tomato, diced

Avocado, sliced

Carrot, grated

Edam cheese, grated

Greens i.e. baby spinach, romaine lettuce, rocket etc.

Dressing i.e. Barker's or Culley's


Method

Simply add all ingredients to the wrap and fold tightly to form a burrito shape.
