'What's in the Fridge' Stir Fry

Protein of choice: Beef, chicken, pork, prawns ⭑

Vegetables in the fridge that need used

Olive oil ⭑

Sauce: (per 300 grams protein)

Option 1

1 chicken or vegetable stock cube

2 tablespoon hoison sauce

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon brown sugar


Option 2

1 packet Lee Kum Kee stir fry sauces


Heat oil in a pan over a medium to high heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add protein of choice and stir until cooked through, lower the heat, add sauce ingredients/packet followed by vegetables. Stir until vegetables have reached your desired consistency.
