Water or almond or coconut milk (1 part oats to 2 parts liquid i.e. ½ cup oats to 1 cup liquid) ⭑
Fruit - canned, fresh, dried or frozen
Protein or Greek yoghurt
Hemp, pumpkin, sunflower, chia seeds etc.
Nuts - cashews, almonds etc.
Prepare oats as per packet instructions then add desired toppings.
