Smoothie Guide


Step 1: Choose your protein

Greek or protein yoghurt

Protein powder (practitioner grade)

Step 2: Choose your healthy fat

Nut butters

Chia, flax, sunflower seeds

Nuts

Avocado

Step 3: Choose your fruits & vegetables

Bananas, zucchini, berries, pineapple, mango, cauliflower, spinach, apples etc.

Step 4: Extra sweetener (optional)

Dates

Honey

Maple syrup

Liquid sweetener (opt for a plant based option such as 'Stevia' instead of a chemical based option such as 'Equal')

Step 5: Blend

Simply blend your chosen ingredients with 250 ml almond or coconut milk. Enjoy!

Tips:

Adding avocado or frozen zucchini and cauliflower makes a smoothie super creamy.

Adding a small amount of rolled oats (¼ cup per 250 ml) to your smoothie will offer your body more energy.

Be mindful not to over do it. You don't want to add everything under the sun as it may affect the taste as well as potentially adding a whole lot of unnecessary calories.
