Sesame Pork, Garlic Veggies & Rice

Ingredients:

Pork loin steak ⭑

Green beans, trimmed and cut into thirds

Carrot, cut into half moons

Boy choy, roughly chopped

Garlic cloves, minced

Soy sauce (1 tablespoon per cup of mixed veggies)

Black sesame seeds

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil ⭑


To serve:

Jasmine rice ⭑

Aioli ⭑


Method:

Bring a pot to boil and cook rice as per packet instructions. Meanwhile, season pork with sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large pan over a medium to high heat, cook pork until golden and cooked through then remove from the pan, rest then slice. Return to the same pan, add carrot and beans, stir until tender then add bok choy and cook until wilted then add garlic and soy sauce. Serve rice topped with veggies, pork and a of drizzle aioli. Enjoy!
