Potato & Pickle Salad

Ingredients:

Baby potatoes, boiled and halved

Salt and pepper, to taste


Dressing: (1 part each per serve i.e. 1 tablespoon each or 2 tablespoon each)

Tomato sauce

Dijon mustard

Mayonnaise

Pickle, finely diced


Method:

Simply combine sauce ingredients into a small bowl then toss in a large bowl with potatoes.
