Build Your Own Rice Bowl

Choose protein source: pulled beef, prawns, chicken, mince, beans etc.

Jasmine rice

Topping options

Avocado, sliced

Feta or Edam cheese

Edamame beans ⭑

Sour cream ⭑

Cherry tomatoes, halved

Cucumber, diced

Red onion, diced

Capsicum, diced

Corn kernels

Spring onion, sliced

Coriander, roughly chopped

Condiment of choice i.e. sweet chili mayonnaise


Prepare protein of choice then simply add rice, protein and desired toppings into a bowl. Enjoy!
