Lamb & Haloumi Burgers

Ingredients:

Lamb mince ⭑

Mackenzie bun, halved ⭑

Haloumi cheese, sliced ⭑

Red onion, sliced

Tomato, sliced

Rocket or baby spinach

Barkers Rich Red Plum Sauce or mint sauce ⭑

Olive oil ⭑


Method:

Simply shape mince into patties and set aside. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan over a medium to high heat and cook the haloumi until browned on both sides, remove from the pan then cook the patties. Assemble the burgers with remaining ingredients.
