Ingredients: (the perfect quinoa to liquid ratio)
1 cup uncooked tri colour or white quinoa
2 cups liquid i.e. water, chicken or vegetable stock
Wash quinoa, add to pot along with stock and bring to boil then simmer and cover for 15 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the heat and fluff with a fork and set aside to cool.
1 cup of uncooked quinoa yields approx. 4 cups cooked quinoa.
