Honey Mustard Chicken

Free range chicken breast or thigh

Olive oil

Sauce: (per 300 grams chicken)

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoon wholegrain mustard

Garlic cloves, minced

½ cup cream

1 teaspoon corn flour mixed with 1 tablespoon water (to thicken)


In a small bowl combine all sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat oil in a large pan over a medium to high heat, add chicken into the pan and sear for 3 minutes on each side. Pour in sauce mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Lower the heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
