Honey Glazed Carrots & Zucchini

Baby carrots

Zucchini, diced

Honey (1 tablespoon per 1 cup raw vegetables)

Hot water, 1 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon honey

Garlic cloves, minced

Fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Olive oil ⭑


Bring a small pot to boil then add baby carrots. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine honey, garlic and hot water then set aside. Heat oil in a pan over a low to medium heat, once the carrots are cooked add them into the pan along with zucchini then add the honey mixture and simmer until vegetables have become caramelized.
