Honey Dijon Chicken

Ingredients: (per 300 grams)

Chicken thighs or breast ⭑

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried oregano


Method:

Preheat oven to 200ºC and prepare an oven tray. Season the top side of the chicken with the oregano. Bake for 30 minutes or until just about cooked. Meanwhile, combine the honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush the top side generously with the honey mustard sauce. Return to the oven and continue to bake for about 5 more minutes until the honey has just started to bubble.
