Homemade Tzatziki Sauce


½ cup plain Greek yoghurt

½ cucumber, grated

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice and zest

Fresh chives (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste


Add all ingredients into a small bowl, mix together, cover and refrigerate for an hour to let the flavours sink in.

Serving options:

Best paired with lamb dishes.
