Easy Teriyaki on Rice

Ingredients: (per 300 grams meat)

Salmon fillet, diced 3 cm or free range chicken ⭑

Broccoli, cut into florets

Spring onion, sliced

4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce (Yamasa)

Sesame seeds, to garnish (optional)

Olive oil ⭑


Method:

Heat oil in a pan over a medium to high heat and cook chicken or salmon skin side down until 70% cooked through then flip and remove skin. Add broccoli and spring onion followed by teriyaki sauce. Lower the heat and simmer until fully cooked. Best served on a bed of fluffy Jasmine rice then garnish with sesame seeds (if using).
