Easy Homemade Granola

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup almonds, chopped

½ cup pecans, chopped

½ cup sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

3 tablespoon Barker's NZ raspberry vinaigrette

Himalayan pink salt, to taste


Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C fan bake and line a large oven tray with baking paper. Simply combine all dry ingredients followed by wet ingredients then stir thoroughly. Spread mixture out in a thin layer on prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Leave to cool before storing.
