Crumbed Chicken

Ingredients:

Free range chicken breasts, cut into steaks ⭑

Olive oil ⭑


Coating: (per 300 grams chicken)

1 free range egg, whisked

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Garlic n herb seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste


Method:

Preheat oven to 180C°. Meanwhile, cut chicken into steaks and coat in egg, seasoned breadcrumbs and place onto an oven tray, brush oil then bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
