Creamy Garlic Sauce


2 tablespoon butter

Garlic cloves, minced (to your preference)

2 tablespoon plain flour

½ cup chicken stock

1 cup cream

¼ cup parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped


Melt butter in a pot over a medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add flour and blend well for 1 minute then slowly add stock, stirring frequently to ensure there is no lumps. Slowly blend in cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese melts and mixture becomes a thick sauce. Season with salt and pepper and add fresh herbs of choice. Drizzle over protein of choice or vegetables.
