Creamy Garlic Peas

150 grams peas

125ml cream

Baby spinach

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

2 tablespoons sage spices

Olive oil ⭑

Sage spices:

2 teaspoon dried chives

3 teaspoon sage

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 Italian herbs

1 teaspoon marjoram

1 lemon pepper


Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add peas, sage spices, cream and mustard then lower the heat and simmer. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
