Chia Pudding



Ingredients:

2 tablespoon chia seeds

½ cup almond or coconut milk

1 tablespoon maple syrup

½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Method:

Combine all ingredients into a jar, cup or container and set in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.


Serving options:

Fruit, yoghurt, seeds, granola, nuts, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, nut butters etc.
