Build Your Own Frittata

Ingredients:

Free range eggs, whisked ⭑

Protein of choice i.e. ham, bacon, chicken, salmon etc. ⭑

Vegetables of choice i.e. broccoli, corn, peas, onion, kumara, etc.

Cheese of choice i.e. cottage, ricotta, Edam, parmesan cheese etc. ⭑

Garlic powder

Olive oil ⭑


Method:

Preheat oven to 180C°. Simply add all ingredients into a greased oven dish and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until cooked.
