Beef, Broccoli & Edamame Stir Fry

Beef, sliced (or chicken) ⭑

Broccoli, cut into florets

Edamame beans, frozen and defrosted ⭑

Sauce: (per 300 grams beef)

4 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

¼ cup chicken or beef stock

3 cloves garlic, minced

2cm piece ginger, grated

1 tablespoon corn flour


Combine all sauce ingredients into a bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a pan over a medium to high heat and cook protein, lower the heat, add sauce followed by broccoli and edamame then cook until vegetables have reached your desired consistency. Enjoy!
