Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

Frozen berries i.e. strawberries, blackberries, raspberries etc.

Banana

Berry flavoured protein yoghurt ⭑

Almond milk

Extra water + ice


Method:

Add all ingredients into a blender/food processor/nutribullet and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
