Beef Schnitzel

Ingredients: (per 300 grams beef)

Beef schnitzel ⭑

1 free range egg, whisked

2 tablespoon plain flour

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Lemon pepper seasoning

Olive oil ⭑


Method:

In 3 separate bowls, prepare egg, flour and seasoned breadcrumbs. Fully coat the schnitzel in flour, egg then seasoned breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a large pan and cook schnitzel until golden brown on both sides.
