Savoury Egg Muffins

Ingredients:

Free range eggs, whisked

Free range bacon, sliced and trimmed of fat ⭑

Vegetables of choice i.e. onion, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms

Garlic n chives cottage cheese ⭑

Herbs & seasoning of choice

Olive oil ⭑


Method:

Preheat oven to 200C° and prepare a muffin tray. Meanwhile, in a large bowl roughly combine all ingredients and add into muffin trays then cook for 20 minutes or until centre is set. Enjoy!
